In 2008, after years of serving as an investigator and former Commander of the Criminal Investigations Division for Union Township Police, Michael founded Investigative Solutions. With a wide variety of experiences in murder to accidental death, officer involved shootings, use of force issues, sexual assault, child abuse, stalking, burglary and robbery offenses, Michael became an accomplished detective. Known for his interviewing skills, Michael is able to gather the critical information extracted from people that have something to hide.
